These hogs are already processed and cut — chops, roasts, ribs, ground pork, bacon, and sausage. Everything is vacuum-sealed and labeled at Superior Meats. You're getting a full, well-rounded selection ready to go straight into your freezer.
A half hog (75–100 lbs) needs about 3–4 cubic feet. A whole hog (150–200 lbs) needs 5–7 cubic feet. These are big finished hogs — plan accordingly. A standard chest freezer handles a half easily; a larger chest freezer or two units is smart for a whole.
